Like everything in Copper Harbor, over priced, over hyped, and not that good. Â I'm pretty sure most of the businesses here survive only because they are in proximity to the boat dock. Â
I ordered the Lake Trout and my friend ordered the Whitefish and we exchanged half of our food. Â Got them grilled. Â They were decent but worth about $12 instead of $20. Â At $12 I'd give it 4 stars, at $20...maybe 2.5. Â Sides were unimpressive. Â
This place serves crackers instead of bread...I know that in some places in the country that's the thing but I've never liked it and think of it as cheap. Â The cheese spread was decent, but very small.
My other friend got the pizza, and while big, it wasn't that great either. Â All three of us got desserts and pretty much felt that they were overpriced and under made. Â My hot fudge brownie seemed like it came from a plastic wrapper out of a box from Walmart with a scoop of cheap ice cream on it. Â
We had no cell service here on three different carriers so one of the reasons we chose this place was due to the fact they offer wifi...let me tell you, it is SLOW, like dial up modem slow. Â Don't plan on doing much more than email or any type of text work, took forever to upload 2 3mb photos!
As someone on here said, I'd give it a negative star if I could. This was the only time in my life that I left a restaurant without ever getting my meal. After waiting for an hour, mind you. And we ordered chicken fingers, of all things. No hostess, ridiculously rude waiters, pandemonium all around. Absolutely the worst eatery I'd ever been to.
