  Nasty and poor customer service.  Go to the DQ or Burger King....
  
  I live in the general area of this restaurant and visted it for the last time last night.  I have had bad experiences in the past but thought I would give it another chance.   I had a coupon from a high school basketball ticket stub I got in an adjacent county (Crawford).  Placed my order and presented the coupon for my free french fries.  Employee said they did not honor the coupon.  Really?!?!  Preprinted by McDonald's corporation for high school tickets ?!?!  I paid for my food (and fries) and got my order "to go" (going to another hs basketball game).  I hope they invest the $$$ for my fries wisely, because that will be the last dollar they get from me.
  
  This place preys on travelers along 75.  It is quite obvious they  care nothing about repeat business.  AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!  TOO MANY OTHER GOOD CHOICES IN THE AREA.

  The worst McDonald's on the planet. Service there is like asking for a loan from them. SSSSSLLLLOOOWWWWWW! Is a very good way to explain it. And the food is terrible. How can you make McDonald's food worse you ask. Well go to this one and you will see. Or do yourself and your family a favor and drive right on by. And I mean that!!

  Do not expect typical McDonalds fast and friendly service.  Very unorganized and slow. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

  OH. MY. GAWD. This was quite possibly the slowest Mickey D's I've ever been to--we ordered and instead of getting our food right then (like normal) the cashier took our name and sent us off to wait (with everyone else). No, we didn't have any special orders--just two regular items. Also, I asked for cheese on mine and was told it comes with cheese (not according to the board, but okay).
  
  So we wait. And wait. And wait. The drive-thru seemed to be flying along, so it seems they cater to those customers first. (We should have gone through the drive-thru, but I had had to change my son's diaper so went inside.) So, still waiting. Still waiting. FIFTEEN MINUTES later we got our order! The guy before us had his order completely screwed up, so had to wait twice as long. We got to the car, back on the highway, and dug in. Yep, you guessed it, mine didn't have cheese. Which is why I ordered cheese. UGH.
  
  So my advice if you're road tripping and want to stop here--go through the drive-thru or just keep on trucking down the highway and pick another exit.
