McDonalds Hamburgers

After playing board games for a few hours on our road trip, we were ready for a break and my sister and I ventured from our hotel room to get sundaes for our group.

We were sorely disappointed when we ordered, and were told that the ice cream machine was broken, and they were only serving milkshakes. Well, we said, can you put a milkshake in a sundae cup, and then put chocolate on top? No, they could not. "Why?" we inquired. Because they could not. Illuminating.

The next morning, we stopped here for breakfast (there are not a lot of options in Burney), and waited almost 15 minutes for them to make hot chocolate. Ridiculous.

I realize that this is McDonald's, and am not expecting exceptional service or standards, but this was just sad.
