    After landing at Altoona-Blair County Airport and picking up my Hertz rental car - I got on the road and headed toward Altoona, PA. I needed some caffeine - and as there do not seem to be any coffee shops out in yonder countryside - I hit Mickey D's for some coffee.

    Also ordered a Filet O'Fish (to go).

    They added my creamers (3) and one Splenda to the coffee for me. The fish sandwich was fresh and piping hot, the fish crisp, the cheese melted perfectly, and the bun was soft and poofy. The caffeine was just what my brain cells needed to keep my awake for the drive to Altoona.

    Service was good and fairly fast. Lots of folks eating dinner in here.
