McGinty's Wood Oven Pub

Oh boy... I think I may have just discovered my new favorite restaurant!  Pizza, salads, sandwiches, and much much more.  While I had trouble selecting what I would eat for lunch, I ultimately settled on McGinty's version of a French dip sandwich, vowing to counter my indecisiveness with as many return trips as necessary to try everything on the menu.  It all sounded so good!  My sandwich was stacked perfectly with moist and tender roast beef.  The bun was topped with a dash of rosemary/sea salt - a surprisingly tasty touch!  A lemonade, side of horseradish and thick French fries rounded out the meal.  The environment was very pleasant - I think they may have had their music turned to "The Loft" Sirius station...really nice to listen to in the background.  Very nice, clean restrooms.  Also thought the bar looked like a cozy place to sit with a whiskey or glass of wine on a cold winter's afternoon or evening.  I'll definitely be back.  The Irish cream cheesecake and a cup of coffee are calling!

Heard about this restaurant and drove from Colorado Springs to check it out. The food was amazing!!! I tried the gouda soup and cheese pizza and it was absoloutely delicious. Definitely worth the drive and I will be back again!

Stopped for lunch, our third time to this great restaurant. We now have favorites--the salmon sandwich and the chicken, avocado, bacon sandwich. They are perfect. They come with a choice of soup or salad. We had one of each. Great Gouda dressing on the side salad and very tasty fresh vegetable soup. The service was fast and friendly. We will be back, many times!
