Merlin's Bar & Grill

Went in for a beer and lunch and only had a beer. The only food that was on the menu was deep fried food. Beer was reasonably priced. Don't forget your cash because they don't accept cards. There is a ATM though.

Located at 45 W Sherman Street. Decor is Biker / NASCAR / Western. Has karaoke Tue-Sat nights starting at 8pm. Usually has classic rock bands every other weekend. Local jam session on Sunday nights. Fairly cheap drinks. Steak dinners on Thursday night.

How exciting is it and awkward to see all your high school friends parents divorced and making out and grinding to Nu Kid Rock? I say it's off the charts exciting.

This bar I personally feel is the best in Lebanon. I don't want to go to the one trying to be high profile club, that's actually shit and see old friends, nor the poker bar, nor the crack head bar. This has limited video poker and a live band most nights. Old dudes, drunk, playing covers.

Get past the people, all the Bud, Coors, Milwaukie, and Miller posters and look at the architecture! The building is super old and the ceiling fans have an amazing ornate design and are all ran together on a pulley system. If you can just Imagine a western bar with prostitutes hanging over the upstairs balcony looking down at all the drunken men this place is made 10 times better. See ya there tonight, I'm in town for the night.

PS: Don't order a Hot Toddy from the dude, he doesn't know the ingredients but pretends he does.
