  Food is good, large portions.   Employees?  Beyond rude.  I'd by-pass delivery drivers and pick up.  Business doesn't accept tips on credit cards,  so if you do get delivery and have no cash prepare yourself for the attitude.  Also, make sure to have a pen to sign your slip because the driver sure won't, and will ::sigh:: super loud to let you know what a mistake you made by not having it handy for him.  
  
  UPDATED:  They have also cut the portion sizes of the meat for subs and doubled up on the crappy water logged iceburg lettuce.  I wish they'd bring the old manager back, this place has gone to crap.

  Employees were friendly.  Loved all the pizza slices we ordered and the meatball sub was pretty good, especially the bread.
  
  Main reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the meatballs tasted pre-packaged , not homemade, and the wait for pizza slices that just needed to be re-heated in the oven took forever.  Good service, good food.  Overall, I will come back.

  Great subs, great pizza and great mozzarella sticks! Love the customer service we have gotten in the last two years. We mostly do takeout (sometimes once a week) and have eaten in on a couple of occasions and have never had problems with our order or the service.

  We did take out from here for the first time and they screwed up the order, which we discovered once we got home.  I called and the pizza I ordered was still there and they bothered to ask if I was going to bring the pizza they gave me back: "Are you really going to serve it to another customer?"  Then they give my wife attitude when she goes back to get the salad she paid for and wasn't given and the correct pizza.  
  
  Plus the pizza flopped over like a wet sock in your hand - much better once we threw it in the oven for a few minutes.
