CLOSED!!! Â OUT OF BUSINESS!!! Â Went here for dinner a few times with a coworker. Â Service was great, but the food was bland. Â The sides of veggies that you get on the dinner plates were tasteless because they were out of a can. Â Way too much bland gravy on the steak and mashed potatoes. Â The salads were always made from fresh veggies, not bagged. Â Another eatery gone out of business in the slowly dying town of Mojave!
Review Source:We stopped here for breakfast on our way to Squaw Valley, I got the french toast they were the best anywhere they had the right amount of cinnamon and powdered sugar they where so good I usually never order French toast but I'm so glad I did. Can't wait to go back in April on our way to Tahoe.
Review Source:I hadn't been in here in years. They fixed up the outside, but the inside still looks like it did in 1993, the last time I was there. Everything other than the pedal cars is pink and worn.
The first time I ate at this location, called "Reno's" at the time, I was 5 or 6. Wish I hadn't gone back.
The pedal cars are kind of cool.
HOWEVER, I'm here for the food. Epic fail.
Husband got the special for the evening-beef stroganoff. He got overcooked noodles with tasteless brown gravy and brown meat. He actually asked for a side of sour cream to try to doctor them up. Veggies were way overcooked.
I got the french dip. It was tasteless.
Kid enjoyed her french toast. So it wasn't a total loss.
The guys in the next booth were jazzed they could get beer.
