I grew up in Troy so I always hear bits and pieces about new and upcoming businesses from Family and Friends. My Sister somehow knows the owners and told me about this place. And I am sure glad she did.
The decor inside was really nice and inviting, something I deffinitly like in a bar. If I wanted to drink in a cold, dark area i'd find a vacant garage (i'm looking at you Brewery)
I had a Stella, Â it seemed like they had a pretty good selection of beers which is great because I can't do low class beers LOL. The bartender was really nice and attentive to anyone needing help or refills.
Also, I have heard that the food here is really good. Next time i'm up i'll be sure to check it out, though with Ks right next door i'll try my best not to get pulled in that direction
Stumbled on this place and instantly loved it. Staff was incredibly friendly: wait staff answered all of our questions, then the chef stopped by and chatted with us, explaining that as much of their menu as possible is local. The food was really delicious (the green beans side dish was divine and the dressings in the salad were some of the most flavorful (without being over-powerful) I've had) and the beer list was extensive. In addition, the remodel of the bar is done really well with attention to detail, and you can have clear access to the tv's over the bar if you're looking for a sporting event. Definitely going to make this a regular spot!
