I rate my dining experience 50% on food the other 50% on atmosphere. Cheap table cloths thrown over old tables (the ones you see old people sitting behind as you approach their table to vote). Mismatched furniture (the last time I was there). The last time I was there we sat outside on plastic chairs that I swear I saw at Walmart the week before selling for 5.99 each. I mean I couldn't get past the lazy, unkempt, thrown together atmosphere of the place to give a functional review of the food. Our service was standard and the food was...meh. Apparently the steak is great. What this place needs is an owner who can turn that place around to make it THEE happening place.
Review Source:No. No no no. Just turn away. Do not go in here.
Don't go to the bar. Don't go to the restaurant.
The food is overpriced and the menu has a terrible terrible selection!
The "salad bar" which should not even be called a salad bar has lettuce. That's it. Â & potato salad. and mac salad. So that is terrible.
It is an extremely "old trashy" kind of atmosphere.
The only good part was the scones.
The bar was meh - Â I went on a Wednesday night which is apparently their popular night. They had some terrible OLD OLD OLD people singing karaoke. I ordered a toasted almond and the bartender had no idea what that was. Uh .... :
I won't be going here again :)
At our hotel's suggestion, we decided to have dinner here after being on the road for 12 hours. Â We had checked out the menu online before heading out so we would know what to order immediately since we needed to make it a quick dinner and early night. Â I was really looking forward to the steak and my husband really wanted to try the ribs. Â We arrived around 8pm on a Sunday night and was surprised to find the parking lot full. Â However when we got to the front door, it was locked and we noticed a sign in the window that the restaurant was closed for a "private funtion". Â Too bad.....but hard to imagine you would close an entire restaurant for any private party.
Review Source:I LOVE steak. My boyfriend and I were so disappointed when we ate here. The steak at Sizzler was better than what we had. The salad bar was lame. BUT the chili was really really good.
I went there again for a function and ordered the bbq chicken. I don't know if it's just me but....when you say bbq chicken I am not expecting a piece of chicken that looked like it was boiled or steamed with bbq sauce poured on it. Again....disappointed.
I would never plan an event here. The service was slow and it just seemed really unorganized.
I don't think we will eat here again.
My husband and I both ordered the steak, which was tender and flavorful. The bread was perfect and the veggie tray was a nice touch. Did not like the chairs on wheels and would have preferred a booth, The staff was nice and the food came quickly. I would recommend this place and next time we are in Twin Falls we will stop again.
Review Source:Ate there when I fist moved to the area 9 years ago.......never been back. The atmosphere was very cold and sterile feeling. Â I had the ribs and they tasted like they had been baked for a few hours and then basted with sauce right before they were served to me. Plus the fact that the side dishes we ordered was an extra charge, turned us off.
Review Source:I my opinion, Montana's and Tokyo Sushi are the ONLY restuerants in Twin that deserve 5 stars. Montana's has the BEST steaks! Whenever we have family in from out of town. we take them here, and we've never been disappointed. The steaks ar sooooo juicy and flavorful, and always cooked perfectly. You get a huge baked potato, salad, and soup! It is a little on the pricey side, but you really get your money's worth. If you want a cheaper meal, go for lunch, and have thier  gigantic hamburger.
