  This is a great neighborhood bar if you are looking to get away from college kids and the thought of running elbows with them at the DT makes you cringe. It was recently rebuilt after a fire so everything is new and it looks great. There is darts, a jukebox, and a pool table and of you get hungry there are delicious home made pizzas!

  The new Monte Carlo is one of the nicers bars in town simply because most of it was redone in 2009 (?). It has an extremely local crowd on most nights, and while it isn't a dive bar because the furniture is nice, it walks that line.
  
  At the same time, it's become kind of an oasis for a younger crowd as well as they're looking to escape from the same old bars. It has a nice juke box, pool table and dart boards while offering up a good variety of beer and drinks. It's off the beaten path, but definitely one my favorites in town.
