Mothers Bar & Grill

Stopped in a few times over the past few weeks, I wasn't overly impressed.  The bar was dead most of the time with only up to about six or seven patrons in the place.  The crowd did change alot though, with a huge Sunday night crowd that lead to massive brawl outside.  Bartenders were cute and the food seemed to be your typical pub grub.  It's non smoking, which is nice, but it also means walking through a crowd of smokers and kids hanging out on the front steps as you try to enter.

This is a nice bar, but it's nothing flashy, which adds to it's appeal.

We stopped in early Friday evening and the bar only had a couple other customers in it.

They have a decent beer selection, but not extensive. The bartender during our visit wasn't well versed in good mixers to recommend or about the availability of IPAs in their beer selection.

For when we visited, it seemed like a chill place to hang out.

They had postings for live entertainment on the walls, so I assume this place can get busy late night.

Surprisingly kid-friendly during the day, this bar has great food, and a nice kids' menu.  Unfortunately their service wasn't the fastest in the world.  Good beer selection too!
