The quenticential Chinese take out. Clean, efficient and welcoming. The ginger on the "chicken on a stick" melts on the palette. Tiny casual dining area, enlarged by the large sense of service. The duo of friendly & fresh will tingle the taste buds as much as the Chicken with Mixed Vegetables extra spicey. Call in orders must be all the rage, there was a steady flow during our stay. Mr. Wok rocks!
Review Source:I've been getting takeout from here over the last 2 years that I've lived in White House. Â After trying out many different items from their menu I now stick with the Mala Tofu (it's like Ma Po Tofu) extra spicy and without the ground chicken. Â When I first started ordering the Mala Tofu is was great one visit, and non-edible the next. Â The vegetables that they added to it always varied as well (peas, carrots, mushrooms, water chestnuts, bell peppers....). Â I don't know what they've changed now, but it is finally consistently made and consistently good. Â They still make it with bell peppers which is a little weird to me, but not bad. Â
They are always very friendly and even know my order as soon as I call and say 'I want to place an order for takeout'. Â It is the better of the Asian food options in White House.
