Napoli's Sports Bar and Grill

This is mainly a drinking place. The food is OK, but really is more like "bar food" than an actual restaurant. You wouldn't think that going in, as it looks like a restaurant with a bar added in. It's too bad too, as they have a super nice kitchen! All they need is some talent back there. For now though, great place to stop in for some cold or mixed drinks. Cheap ass beer! Bar staff is great, atmosphere is good. Just don't go there expecting a really good dining experience.

One of my girlfriends thought we ought to give this place a go for Happy Hour... sooner or later. Well, today was the day. I was stoked, too, because we drove by last weekend after midnight and the place was blown out!

We had a sweet, cute little waitress, but it was definitely her first day on the job. She didn't even know where the bathroom was. Bless her, she did good for her first time.

I ordered wings and a margarhita pizza. 8 wings were over $8.00. and the pizza was $9.50. Pizza was a bit bland, and the wings tasted like Frank's Red Hot and little else. It was all decent food, but nothing to write home about. This is also the only semi-Italian joint I've ever been to that served up chips and salsa... now that's Italian I can dig!

But really, the only thing you need to know about Napoli's is the beer. They have 4 beers on tap  - the Big 3 light domestics and Blue Moon. The beer is HUGE - my girlfriend felt lost in the mug! And if you get there between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., beer is a buck off - $3.00 for a buttload of beer. LOVE that!
