They may the cat's whiskers as a walk-in establishment, but online is another matter. I ordered four boxes of a certain premium cigar but only received two boxes. No explanation, so I emailed back to find out what happened and only then did they state these were on backorder.
Over two months went by with no further response or my cigars, so I emailed them again to see how things were coming along. After two weeks, nary an answer. Maybe their keyboard is also on backorder.
I've dealt with several online cigar establishments over the years, but for customer service this ranks at or near the bottom of the (ash) heap. Never again.
Footnote: They do charge sales tax on out-of-state orders, or at least they did on ours.
