Number One Chinese Restaurant

What is it with small towns with one Chinese buffet?  They're invariably wretched, as this place is.  It must be the one Asian family in town, allowed in by the locals to serve "Chinese" food, and it's the gloppiest twenty-varieties-of-chicken with various non-spicy sauces.  The folks in Atoka probably don't know any better, but tourists traveling on the highway should know better.  I've learned my lesson.
