THEIR SPECIAL DEALS ARE NOT AS ADVERTISED!!!!!!
Dishonesty should never be a restaurant's policy, unfortunately that is the case for The Office.
While the food was satisfactory, the service was beneath par and their advertised specials are nothing more than a bluff to get people in the door the first time.
I showed up with a few friends on a Monday evening, for the "2.50 All Domestic Drafts" and "Half Price Burgers" as the sign out front clearly and brightly stated. We waited 5 minutes for a waiter (who seemed quite friendly) sat us, as there was no host. Whatever, no big deal. So the waitress comes and before ordering anything I ask her about the half price burgers. Â
"Well actually it is $6 burgers not half price and we are out of ____ so the domestics are these two"
They are advertising all domestics and you are only offering 2 cheap domestics, despite having over ten domestic drafts: what are they thinking?
I order a burger with bacon and cheese and when i get the check I see that the price was $9.50, not the half price as the sign said or $6.00 as the waitress said. Â When I asked her, she said that it only applied to plain hamburgers. Â Information that could have been useful before I had ordered.
Excellent craft beer selection. Â Food menu changed a while back and was iffy for a while, but lately it has been really great. Â They have great happy hour specials and the bartenders are very friendly. Â I would recommend sitting at the bar, which is quite big. Â The rest of the restaurant is a bit dark - not really my cup of tea, but the bar is fantastic. Â Its roomy and you will see many people eating dinner up there.
