The Old Alastian Steakhouse & Ristorante

This place had a steak that tasted like butter :) nom nom nom! The setting is in an old country germany haus, it's adorably quaint and the staff was very hospitable for me and my friend kids that we had in tow.

We tried the steak with spinach subbed in, the bruschetta *nom nom nom*, children's spaghetti with home made meat balls, and I think my friend tried a seafood plate. It was delicious!!

Set in Castroville, TX it's a beautiful addition. The crowd was mostly retiree and middle age patron, but that shouldn't stop the young and young at heart from going to this place for a quiet meal or a fancy date night. It's awesome and I will definitely come back as soon as I save up my college lunch money.
