This new restaurant is a welcome addition to the Carson dining scene, which was pretty minimal to begin with. The food is fairly standard grill fare (hamburgers, steaks, etc.), but the building and the staff are pretty special. The restaurant is housed in an old school with vaulted timber ceilings and a heated floor. Â A separate room contains about 20 video games and an air hockey table that gets a lot of action, at least when we were there to watch the Super Bowl. There is a huge (115") TV screen in the main dining room, along with several smaller screens - it is a great place to watch sports and drink a local brew. There are plans to build a separate movie theater next door, as well as an outdoor dining area and batting cages, and there are also regular gatherings like a music jam on Wednesday nights. Â The owner and staff are super friendly, and make you want to come back to support them. We have eaten here twice (we're from Portland but go up to this area often) and are happy to have a new place to eat and play in Carson.
