We arrived at 8:30pm on 3/12 and the hostess finally came and asked if we were planning to eat. We said yes, we have a party of 6. She said "i will have to check with the kitchen." She came back and gave us such a bad feeling and feedback. I hope this owner reads this because your restaurant just lost a BIG 6 table client. It seemed like the hostess' friends were drinking at the bar who coaxed the hostess to "forget us" so they can close early. Ahhhh the help/employees we deal with to make our small businesses survive. Word to the wise with this restaurant; go when it seems to be busy or you will be shunned at the door by a "i dont care" hostess. Sorry cant be more helpful with the food, due to not even getting the attempt to. Oh well, there were many restaurants in the area that accommodated our 6top: the garlic, sushi yoshi, foundry, caseys caboose. Wont be back and will tell our friends too!

I'm conflicted.  My NYC palate would give this place 3 stars for sure, but it is Killington so let's go with 3.5, but not round up because I'm being realistic.  The decor and ambiance is certainly classier than say, The Pickle Barrel - so this is a great alternative if you want to have some wine and relax after a day on the mountain but don't want to be surrounded by 21 year olds, loud music and cheesy lighting.

We came here on Saturday evening for my birthday dinner.  We called ahead and reserved a space for twelve people and they did a great job accommodating us!  My friend and I decided to split some food on our end of the table and we went with the brussels sprouts, fried calamari and the fish tacos.  I really liked the calamari - was quite good.  The brussels sprouts were tasty, but they were a little bit drown in whatever sauce they use for my taste and I've certainly have had better.  The fish tacos were NOT GOOD AT ALL.  I am a fish taco snob and these were totally fishy and lacked any sort of flavor, so I would not recommend ordering them.  Their wine list was sub-par and honestly, who would pay $32 for a bottle of Bogle?  You can get that for $10 at the store.

Service was good and our waitress was chipper.  They split our checks up at the end, so that was nice.  Overall the restaurant is really nice aesthetically speaking, but I think their wine list needs some improvement and obviously their fish tacos..because those were NOT baja, my friends!

Went on a quiet Wednesday night during a snowstorm and found the food, decor and service to be top notch!  We loved all of the clearly fresh tapas' we tried.  You can tell the owner and chef truly care about the place and what they are serving.  They could easily stoop to the bland pizza, frozen then deep fried food items, or 'italian' food that so many other restaurants are serving around Killington but they don't.  Fresh ingredients seved with a smile from a caring waitress (Diane!) made it all a great meal.  Skip The Garlic/Outback/Pickle Barrel and head over to On the Rocs.... Highly recomend it!
