The Oney Frosty In Town

Amazing milkshakes!  Pause your roadtrip for a fresh peach,  fresh strawberry,  or a fresh pumpkin pie shake! Sit out in the sunshine and take in the beautiful views with one of the best shake you'll ever have.

So good! Tri tip dinner on weekend was awesome!!! Service is great too. Will stop here passing through from here on out.

Great little spot in Southern Modoc.  

My husband and I worked in/around the area for three summers and this was a usual stopping point for us at some point during the weeks we were in the area.  The inside eating area is a little small and packs up pretty quickly but there are outside shaded eating areas as well.  The food is pretty standard burger shack fare but the people and service are spectacular.  I loved their shakes especially when fresh fruit shakes were available.  They where also quite accommodating with my food desires.  Do to the amount we ate out I tried to be a little healthier so they allowed me to get the grilled cheese sandwich lunch special and substitute a salad for the fries no extra cost.  By the third summer after almost a whole year of absents I walked in and the gal remembered me as well as what I usually ordered.  It was great.  

Mr. Oney is very friendly and tries to come out and chat with folks to see where they have been or are going; most of the time it is too busy for him to do so.  They were also kind enough to fill up our water bottles, as we camped each night we came through.  Another plus was that because they had wi-fi we were able to catch up on work when in town after camping for the week.  

Lovely people, lovely place, and well worth the stop
