Sorry folks, I have to give this place a couple of stars only because of the great atmosphere of the place. The food on the other hand was ok. Not the best 'bar food' I've had. We were here just recently and ordered the hot pretzels. Yeah, they were pretzels but fried - NASTY! (waste of our money) Then I ordered the 'Golf Club' on the wrap instead of sub. The waitress brought it out to say they forgot to put mayo on it. I started to eat it and there was no taste. (I could of built a better wrap myself!) The hubby had their chicken parm (special for the night) and said that he's tasted better. The staff here was ok - they waited WAY too long inbetween filling up our drinks, etc. Â
I would give this place more stars if we were just going there to meet some friends and some drinks. Sorry.
This sports bar and grill just opened about 6 weeks ago and the food is really good. I had great chicken wings and they have alot of flavors even peanut butter which I am not real sure about that one but hey somebody must like them. My hubby had a hamburger so big he could not eat it all and they also fry the onions. The fry are great and they even and beer and hard liquor. Not the cheap stuff either. You can see a TV where ever you set and the owner and staff are all very nice and friendly. On Friday and Saturday nites they have started having a band and said they are having a good turn out on that one too. Hugh inside alot of room seem like alot of people on Thursday nites also. They also have happy hour I think until 7 every nite. Don't quote me on that one. I am not sure and I believe that is on draft beer. Hope you try it out you will be as surprised as we were. The prices were not bad either. Well this is the first review I have ever done so I hope it tell you a little of my experience at the Sports Zone.
