Outlaw's Bar & Grill

Tiny, dirty, smoke-filled hole in the wall in complete disrepair. The service was super slow (and probably overworked) but it looked over capacity, the price was ridiculous ($8) and I saw a sign on the wall that said it was $4 for admission, $4 for food, or something like that, but we didn't get any food.. When I asked the doorman about it, he shrugged me off.  I think they're using this to cheat the state required food:alcohol ratio.

We had to send a drink back for random things floating in the glass. This place was so smoke filled, the smoker with me had to go out for air!!  The bathroom had two stalls, made of plywood and one tiny sink that was so disgusting I skipped washing my hands. Not only did the bathroom doors not have locks, they hit your knees when you tried to hold it closed. We had to watch our step with every move as the floors were a safety hazard. Also, not only did the DD not get a free soda as we splurged on alcoholic beverages, but they don't offer refills.. $2 a glass!

To top the evening off, there was a fight at the next table.. for which I've come to hear was a GOOD night, as they're known for multiple fights every weekend.

The ONLY glimmer of light in this black hole was the band.. 4 Play has a new fan!

IMHO, I would never, ever visit this location unless it undergoes a complete renovation and installs air handlers or switches to non-smoking.

Outlaws looks like a dive but the food is very good and reasonable. Steak if you try it superb. Tap beer is $3 and the DJ and bands pretty good. The place and the bartenders are a little old but we'll all get there. I ordered two kids burgers $4 and they were better and bigger than those burger joints.

Don't ask for mixed drinks here, they do not know how to make them.
Usually the crowd is a mix, 1/3 younger people, 2/3 old people.  The guys are usually military men, and some of them can be quite rude/disgusting/pushy.  I don't really see a lot of younger women here (21-25), usually it's 30+. The waitstaff is generally great, and Outlaws does have some of the best band lineups in the Tri-Cities, which is the only reason I go.  

They also have a few pool tables in a separate room, with it's own jukebox.
