Waffle House

I experienced rudeness from this particular Waffle House when I called.  I truly like Waffle House and understand being busy.  My boyfriend called and was told to call back in 15 minutes. We waited 20 minutes and when I called back the girl that answered the phone said we're too busy you'll have to call back later. I replied, "OK, we were told to call back in 15 minutes, so we are now calling back."   She cut me off, said we're still busy and hung the phone up on me.  Where are the simple manners? That's fine because Huddle House was my second choie and it's right down the street, forget this Waffle House!
