When there's a huge, square hole in the wall where the air conditioner used to be... and the hole's kind o' hidden behind security bars ....and I can stick my head up next to the hole and see the dark, fully furnished, abandoned bar.

"What am I doing!! This is the part where the zombie jumps out."

I think I'll leave now.

This spots not bad, but not my kind of dive either. Some goods points- well poured drinks, decent people in front of and behind the bar. Some bad points- dated and dirty, no cocktails to speak of, and some sinister looking members of the clientele. I get the impression that, like most dives your expierience will vary widely based on the crowd there when you go in.

In short, if your thirsty and have some time to kill people watching, go on in, but keep a clear path to the exit cause something crazy could start up at any moment,

Where do I start? A gem. From the front a hole in the wall. Great parking in back. This is a Thai place in the heart of Pacoima. Go figure. All the Thai bar girls are sweet sweet sweet. The customers are very protective of their very special place. As they should be . don't worry , if u are decent you will become a regular very quickly. I love this place!
