Overlook Bar

Awesome bartender! I hung out here while waiting for my friends to get off the slopes and had so much fun. The bartender was showing funny movies at the bar which was great!! It made it a fun time for the few of us non-skiers hanging at the bar.

The Dirty Snowman is a delicious drink, but the Hot Apple Pie with Makers Mark was DELISH!!!

The best view of the Northstar Village is here and also the best Hot Cocoa to boot. You can grab a drink post riding on the hill and watch the ice skating and people down below. As I was enjoying my beverage, I see this kid hit the bar, hand over some cash and then walk away with a few sticks and a wooden box. What kind of transaction did this child just perform at a bar? Turns out they sell "S'Mores Kits" which you can take out to the open fire pits and fire up these treats. It would have been more entertaining to think that maybe the kid was actually some sort of drug mule.
