Palazzolo's Pizza & Catering

First, this pizza is delicious. The thin crust is one of the best in the area - salty with excellent toppings. After being a faithful customer for the past 6 years, I called in a lunch order today and was given a delivery time of (within the hour). After 70 minutes, I called. No apology or acknowledgement. After 80 minutes, I called again. No apology. I was stunned, so I canceled the order and was told that canceling was not an option.
I really hoped this place that I've been a faithful customer of over the past several years would come through, yet what I received was deplorable customer service.

We have been using Palazzolo's for several years. We get take out pizza and large catering orders. All has been great. Good food and friendly staff.

Terrible service. After being quoted 45 minutes for delivery I called when I still did not have my food 90 minutes later. I was told it was on the way.  It finally showed up 20 minutes after that and was cold.
