Palisade Brewery

Had the dirty hippie wheat beer which tasted great.  Paired the beer with the pastrami sandwich and cole slaw.  Pastrami tasted great with a smoky flavor but could have used a little more mustard.  Cole Slaw was pretty good as well.  Girlfriend got the reuben sandwich which she also said was deliciously smoky.  All around happy with the meal.  Wish I had more time to hang around to taste some of their other beers.  I would definitely return to this place and hope their beer makes it to Denver soon.

Beer is good. Food, not so much. Skip the meal and just have brews. Save your appetite for another place.

I make it a point to stop here whenever I'm driving through Western Colorado. It is a great little brewery with a laid back atmosphere and an awesome patio. What real brings me back are the smoked chicken wings. Holy Moly! If you have a little time this is definitely worth a lunch stop off or a dinner hang out.
