New managers- Blue Plate special the rice was cold and the meat in the dish was nothing more than a burger- pie was serves ice cold no offer to warm up and despiite "original recipe" it was terrible. Burned and bland crust- Used to go there regularly under previous management doubt a second chance will be given to new management!

We love visiting little towns on Route 66 and Atlanta is one of our favorites in Illinois. We've eaten at the Palms Grill many times as we passed through town on our various Route 66 trips. Their pies are wonderful! The place has a great atmosphere, decor and friendly wait staff. Highly recommended!

My son and I stopped here as part of a Rt. 66 nostalgia tour - he's into cars and had never seen the Rt. 66 Museum in Pontiac. We loved the little town and its octagonal library and were charmed by the great food, cute decor and friendly service. We split two pieces of pie and considered taking more for the road, but since we had just had a big Thanksgiving dinner the day before, thought it better if we just came back another time! Definitely worth the visit - you won't be disappointed!
