"I am sure its fresh, but that does not excuse blandness"

Had a grilled chicken salad bowel yesterday. They claim that everything is fresh and it did look like it was. However, the chicken was very bland and all I could taste was the salsa.

Their tortillas looked good, but I am was not in the mood.

This is a Chipotle concept, but with much less flavor, a bit disappointing.

Very fresh fast food. Only flour tortillas, but very thin and fresh tortillas elevate the food a notch. Revising my initial review up one star.

I am not sure why people have not rated this higher. My wife and I are pretty picky and we love Pancheros. I like this place because they serve freshly made soft flour tortillas that are pressed right in front of you and they mix the ingredients so you don't get a mouthful of sour cream. I think the problem is the staff. Some of the help is a little grumpy, but I don't care since the food is very good.
