  I've been to several and this one had the worst service out of all of the ones I have been to. There were people who came after us who got their food before us. They put our soups on the hot plate a took a long time to get the sandwiches on the plate so the soups were not that hot. Then when we went back  to ask for the bread they forgot to put on there and for some butter, the girl behind the counter acted like it was the end of the world to get us those. I'm giving it a 1 star for horrible service compared to the rest of the chain.

  Great service... had a nice conversation with the manager (Denise, I think was her name) and she gave my five-year-old son a Christmas Tree cookie.  I miss living in St. Louis where there's a Panera (St Louis Bread Co.) on practically every corner.

  I come  Just to bet a bite! so i order a samwige and a drink I am the only one in line it takes them 15 mins!!!! Very slow, the girl in the back where talking and laughing and doing any but working! The food was ok I did not like going there at all
