  I've been to several Panini's locations, and to this one a few times.  A coworker mentioned that this Panini's is far superior to the one in Solon, but I have not been to that location.  
  
  The facility is large and always clean (I've only ever been here for lunch on weekdays).  There are many televisions (including inside the bathroom), and they have a nice double row bar layout so there are tons of seats facing the action.  
  
  The service today was just ok.  Somewhat slow, but not so much that we felt compelled to complain.  Everyone's order came out correct, but when I asked our waitress a question about the beverages, she didn't know the answer and didn't offer to find out.
  
  My food was mediocre.  The buffalo chicken wrap could have used more buffalo sauce, but otherwise the portion and freshness were good.  The fries are fresh cut, which is nice, but they were really greasy and soggy and flavorless.  The prices are high for what you get.  
  
  Overall, nothing special, but not the worst option for lunch in this area.  They do have a decent variety of food options for a sports bar.

  The service was good and the happy hour prices decent, but nothing extraordinary. The Panini's sandwich is probably worth trying, but you'd have to have a huge appetite to eat it. Someone I was eating with got one and I'd swear it was a foot tall! My food was solid, but it's not a place I'd come rushing back to.

  Eh.  I don't get the hype?  The sandwiches are just OK.  I've never felt the urge to eat here.  It's always someone else's idea LOL. Perhaps if the food was memorable...

  As long as you're not trying to have lunch on a extra crowded Friday, this is a pretty nice spot.

  The food here was good the day I went but the wait was long compared to how many people was actually in the restaurant. I must say we had an outstanding waitress and the hostess and waitresses were also very nice. Great customer service which is very important. I will be back here more often.

  Good Twinsburg bar! Paninis are not as good as DT but they have a fanatic patio, decent prices and always something going on. Great place for after work happy hour or keeping the night local.

  The food was good and service was good.  Had to wait for a table about 30min.  But it was a apatient Friday evenig.  Bellied up to the bar and had no problem to sit and have a cold one after a long week!  It was a was a great experience.

  Don't waste your time!!!  Horrible service. The place was not busy, but  we waited 15 minutes and finally a manager came over and took our drink order. She did take our order and relayed it to the kitchen. After another 20 minute wait our food came out with a hair in it! We had to take the food to them because no one came to check on us.
