Pasta Cuchina has always been good. Not always remarkable, but good. Â Within the last year or so they really stepped up their game. I believe the owners took it over and made it independent or the other locations, and since the food has really been great. The servers are always friendly and attentive, and treat you like family. It has since become one of my favorite places in Rockland.
Review Source:Chicken parm is out of a box and deep fried like they were cooking french fries not pan cooked which is the only way to cook a cutlet -sauce is overly spiced with oregano and there was no garlic, no basil, no love in other words .. wouldn't hire an Italian to cook Chinese food and visa versa ,,the cooks and servers were watching a soccer game at the bar which was an indication no one was in the kitchen i guess because the owner took the day off,,what ever,,very disappointed.problem is there is no italian restaurants close by except for the one on 202 in that little strip mall.and they also have the same ethnic cooks which are not italian.theres no competition .no desire to be the best.
