Pastime Club

Outstanding fun!! I find myself at the Pastime most Fridays and, Saturdays,

I'm a fan! My family owns a house in Truckee and I spend the winter and summer there almost every year. I am always trying to find bars to go out to at night and I have found out that this one is my favorite. Right on the Old Downtown strip tucked between fancy restaurants and other fancier bars. Pastime club is just my style. A serious dive bar occupied mainly by welcoming locals.  And the drinks are cheap!! Dirt cheap. I couldn't believe it, but I live in Los Angeles so most drinks are cheap in comparison. $3 bloody marys which were tall and pretty darn good as well. BONUS: shuffle board and pool. So if you like dive bars, cheap drinks, juke box and bar games this is spot in Truckee.

Very similar to the Tourist Club down the street. Cheap PBRsm fun mellow vibe, youthful crowd. To be sure, this is a DIVE. If you're looking to hang with locals and dirnk PBR on a sticky floor - this is it. The real deal
