Ugh! Â After trying to have dinner at TWO different places in Athens, NY...we got stuck here. Â I had decent hopes. Â But alas, they were shattered immediately by the poor, over made-up, waitresses who had no clue how to welcome diners.
The food..well...it was whatever was frozen from sysco and nothing was fresh even though the menu read fresh vegetables. Â Everything was an old persons night out special. Â The owners were courtious and friendly, but the service and food, and atmosphere was VERY dated and dusty. Â
And the fact I had to listen to some locals cut up across the restaurant didn't help.
I would have rather made a peanut butter sandwich from the local grocery store.
