I Love Peking!!! This is our go to Chinese in NH. My boyfriend and I go here every time we are in North Conway. This is one of our favorite Chinese places, period. The food is delicious. I love their chicken fingers and crab rangoons. They have some of the best duck sauce too. They are great for take out or to eat there. The drinks are nice and strong and the prices are very reasonable. Overall a great restaurant.
Review Source:Wow after three years of okay food and service, I am done with this place. Tonight they forgot to put my chicken wings in my to go order. Extremely disappointing and inconvenient. I try to handle this on the phone but they disconnected me. Then they asked to get my receipt, then they decided they needed my credit card. Oh they did offer me free chicken wings. I asked the young lady, how can they be free, i already paid for them and did not get them. Also be careful, they like to charge you extra for duck sauce. by the time i got this all settle, my food was ice cold, and my temper red hot. No more sub par food from this the customer is always wrong business. My only regret is the owner was not around, I bet this whole issue would have been handle differently.
Review Source:My in laws loves this place, but not so much for me. The dinner menu is actually pretty pricey. The Peking Duck was half of a duck, deep fried and that's it. I don't think it is worth the money for it. The service was OK, but the waitress was good when she was there.
My experience was OK, but I come back again just to test it out.
Poor quality chinese. The only reason this place is so popular is because the prices are so incredibly low. But i'd rather pay double the price for much better chinese food. The chicken fingers were over-fried and the "sweat and sour" chicken was just regular chicken fingers with a poor-tasting reddish sauce. Even the pork fried rice wasn't good. I would have given this one star, but the prices are incredibly low.
You pay for what you get at this restaurant. Be prepared for that.
One of the better Chinese food restaurants to eat at. The parking lot is always full no matter what time of day. Â I am a big fan of the dinner combination plates. Â Two people can eat for a very reasonable price. Â My favorite has to be their egg rolls. Â They are by far the freshest egg rolls I have ever eaten at a Chinese restaurant. Â Good food, great price.
Review Source:I stopped here with a coworker for lunch. Â We both really enjoyed the lunch. Â The prices (at least for lunch) were very reasonable. Â
The interior of this place is very dark with lots of dark finished wood. Â It is definitely a unique atmosphere for a Chinese restaurant. Â
Our server kept topping off my water glass every time I had a sip like she had some sort of irrational fear of an empty glass or something...I mean like constantly reaching over and pouring like 2 tablespoons in to top it off again. Â (Hydrosipophobia)
