  Now I have only been here for the lunch buffet but it was a 3 times a week type of place.  The corn cake (bread) (**** stars) was mouth watering and the baked chicken (**** stars) fell off the bone.  This was the best place to eat for lunch in this small town.  
  
  It was where everyone seemed to be about lunch time.  I have had other buffet's in Madison and here on the Coast but Penn's is still unrivaled.  Got here hungry and make sure you have an afternoon to kill when the food coma kicks in.
