Pepperbelly's Restaurant

Went here to have dinner with some old friends as we were passing through town.  Be warned that the Yelp map link will land you at the local LDS church...instead take the south exit, turn left on south 400 west, right on Cove View, then its way down there on the left.  

Totally unremarkable "Mexican" food...think utterly americanized, totally lacking flavor and spice. However, it was quiet and we were able to hold a good conversation without any of the waitstaff rushing us.  Flip slide of the laid back staff is that it was nearly impossible to get anyone to take our money when we were ready to leave.
