Philadelphia House of Pancakes

The only reason I am even giving this place 3 stars is because they serve Breakfast Burritos and this is the first breakfast place in the entire state of MS that I have been to that does (oh wait, I take that back -- The Daily Grind in Meridian does, but they aren't open on the weekends).  Otherwise, if this place were in CA, it would have been shut down by OSHA.  The health inspector probably would've had a stroke with the quality of the bldg alone.  The food is decent, but nothing that I couldn't cook better then myself.  They do have a pretty good size menu, which is good.  Not too happy about the whole "smoking or non-smoking" section beause I THOUGHT MS was suppossed to do away with Smoking in restaraunts ( I could be wrong).  If you happen to be in the middle of nowhere Philadelphia and want a good selection for breakfast, I would recommend it, otherwise.... Yah, not so much.
