Dirty, and I'm not talking about the rice.
The floor looked like it has not been mopped in about a month and the tables looked like they have not been cleaned in a week.
It's not very good that the bathroom is cleaner than the restaurant, and the bathroom was not clean to begin with (paper all over the place and needing mopped badly).
Needless to say, this was not one of the Popeyes that was featured on Undercover Boss, and if it had been, the franchisee may have had his franchise license revoked. Unless this is the standard of Popeyes everywhere, then I stand corrected (I was in a different Popeyes about a year ago that was not much better).
With a good 18-20 employees on site, I would have hoped someone could have been moping and cleaning, but alas, everyone just wanted to hang out and talk. Hopefully Popeyes can get their act together, because while their food is pretty decent, the cleanliness of the restaurant is not.
