The Phoenix Room

I went to the Phoenix Room last night with a group of people, including my girlfriend, for her 21st birthday.  They have a DJ on Wednesday nights and the atmosphere was great.  The service was fast and great, and the bartender knew what she was doing.  The only downside to this place is that it's a little smaller, and if you're looking for extremely specialty mixed drinks, they may or may not have the right kind of alcohol to make it.  Also, they only accept cash, but that isn't a huge deal because their prices are not bad at all, so that's a wash for me.  But if you are used to the tab system with a credit card, you'll be a bit thrown off guard.  Overall though, great place, and I'd definitely come back again.
