This was the most God-awfullest food my family and I have ever eaten. Our first clue that the place was going to be lousy was that there was just one other small family there at a table. Other than that the place was dead.

We ordered a fried chicken salad and two 8oz prime ribs. The prime ribs came with soup or salad. I got the salad which took 20 minutes to get and did not taste right at all. My father got the soup (Tomato/basil) and it was ice cold. We overheard the other family complain that there soup was also cold. The waitress(That is putting it nicely) said the soup was left over from last night (nice) and went and microwaved it.

After waiting another 45minutes, finally the other families food came out and about 15 minutes after that ours came out.

The 8oz prime rib was 5oz of fat. The worst piece of meat I think I have eve ate. It to was not very warm. I think the warmest thing we received was the horseradish which we had to ask for (even though the menu said the prime rib came with it)

The waitress asked my mother how her salad was (she said it was ok) but did not ask my father or I about the prime rib because I think she knew it was horrible meat. The waitress was also very weird making all sorts of excuses and rambling on about basically nothing.

How the place is even a restaurant I'll never know. About the only thing that tasted decent was the tater tots that came with the prime rib and my Ice-T

Unfortunately for us we were just passing through on a road trip and this was the only family restaurant we could find. We should have just went to a burger joint.

Wow, what a find.  We drove to Cashmere to visit the museum while in Leavenworth.  Kids were melting down on the way back so we decided to pull over in town and eat here.  JACKPOT.

The food here was crazy good.  We ordered a prime rib sandwich, bacon burger and chicken strips (for kids to share).  They brought us enough food for an army, we did not leave hungry.

It's the ultimate in comfort food - like something from Diners, Drive-ins and Dives off Food Network.  Possibly the best chicken strips and fries I have ever had (and I don't normally like chicken strips).

If you're in the area, pull over here and eat a great diner stop meal.
