We stumbled on this place late at night after stopping by (and leaving) some pricier options in Woodstock. We expected ho-hum pizza but were surprised to discover it's actually not bad.
We ordered two pies. A pesto pizza with spinach, mushrooms and olives and a tomato sauce pizza with artichokes, bell peppers, and jalapenos. The former was crispy and tasted delicious. The latter, on the other hand, was a bit soggy although it tasted fine. We also managed to finagle some Oktoberfest beers.
All in all, a good place and worth stopping by if you're not interested in paying $20 for an entree in downtown Woodstock.
The pizza here was very mediocre. Â I only went once for take-out, and I'm never going back.
I love thin crust pizzas, I love deep dish pizzas. Â I have been known to enjoy Pizza Hut. Â But this was a sad attempt at...wha...? Â It was just an anemic crust with a lot of topping on top. Â Not only was it soggy, it was bland. Â This is Vermont! Â Shouldn't the cheese at least be good?
The greek salad was okay.
