    My wife and I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, and it was pretty good.  However, the price is steep, and the service was slow and lousy.  I'll be going somewhere else next time to get my pizza fix.

    Slow service and bad attitudes.  The food is usually okay, but it rarely comes out together.  Go with very low expectations and they might be met.
