Four Seasons Restaurant

We ate here a couple of years ago and it was ok. We went back tonight. I didnt feel like fish but my girlfriend wanted it. She ordered the pond raised cat. I see on the menu that breakfast is served anytime. Almost. They quit serving biscuits at 10am. So I opted for the grilled chicken breast with baked potato and a salad with vinegar and oil dressing. The salad arrived with one bottle of dressing, what the heck? It was vinegar and oil already mixed. I have never seen that before. When our food arrived the chicken was plainly frozen chicken filets complete with "fake" grill marks. The same thing you can get at kroger in a bag of 12 for $10. The fish defiantly came from the same shopping trip. It may have been pond raised but it was not fresh by any means. It was dry and tasteless. The potatoes were warm.  When we asked the waitress about the fish she stated that "Well its not country kitchen." Hmmm so much for the best fish in the area. When we paid our bill for a half eaten meal we were asked how it was. We explained it wasnt good. The young cashier was not expecting us to complain and all she could do was try to laugh it off. We wont be back

Peachy is one of the finest servers that I have ever encountered.

The Country Breakfast, The Catfish Plate or the Blue Plate Specials are all wonderful.

They also have Ice Cream served through the walk up window, when driving through rural Kentucky, stop in for a Fine Meal or just grab an Ice Cream Cone.
