Pizza Hut

I have always liked Pizza Hut, but the restaurant in Kilmarnock has been disappointing. It not been particularly clean, and service has always been slow with waitresses shuffling about, shouting to one another, in dirty uniforms, etc. A couple of months ago, we went back and were very pleasantly surprised with the results of new management. The place was spotless, service was great, uniforms were clean.

The new manager from Dahlgren, "Dan," had cleaned house. He told us there were 23 problem areas when he arrived, and he was determined to fix them. We returned on Sunday (July 14th) and the place was a train wreck. The floor was wet, salad bar ingredients were scattered about, waitress didn't bring silverware or clean up dirty dishes.

The manager was apologetic but didn't seem to know what she was doing. She offered us some free breadsticks at our next visit. A complaint to corporate was bounced back to local. I would love to see Pizza Hut fix things in Kilmarnock and see them stay fixed. We love Pizza Hut pizza, just not in Kilmarnock.
