  My halibut was so overcooked it was like someone forgot about it. it was like rubber. the fries were soggy. no tarter sauce, lemon or anything with my to-go fish meal?! The cole slaw was ok. The one guy who works there is ok, but not overly friendly. Guess I'll stick to the mediocre mexican place on broadway.

  This is a nice small town restaurant. They have great service & quite a menu. Lots of choices & reasonable prices. I had a burger that was pretty good. The Tater Tots were cooked perfectly & weren't overly greasy. The interior was very clean, but the men's room was pretty nasty. I'd like to stop in some time for breakfast, as the breakfast menu has a lot of tasty choices.

  Great diner food! We had breakfast, the hot cakes were thick, f
  Iffy, and moist. The portions were generous.
  
  I saw some burgers come out to other tables. Breakfast was great but next time I come I am having one of those burgers!
  
  Justin was our server, he was great. They were busy but he came over immediately and welcomed us, told us he was busy and he would get to us as soon as possible . . . And he did.

  This place is what small town Coffee Shops were like back in the day. (40's, 50's and 60's) It comes complete with a counter and swivel stools.
  
  The primary reason I didn't give it a four star rating was its marginal housekeeping. The carpet was in dire need of vacuuming and the men's room could use a good swamping out.
  
  The young fellow who seemed to be manning the dining room and counter unassisted, maintained a cheerful attitude even though he was pretty much red-lined.
  
  I went very light, with just a cup of their home-made Chicken Noodle Soup, as the focus of my Jefferson outing was a pedestrian turn about the back streets of the hamlet and lunch at a new Mexican restaurant my daughter had alerted me to.
  
  The Soup was good. Several medium to large families were folding into a number of very tasty looking American Comfort Food lunches. I plan to return when I can have a full meal and give this place my undivided attention.
