Recently found this place on a trip from Seattle to Portland and we were amazed on how friendly the staff was. Many Northwest beers on tap and the staff was more than willing to give us a sample before buying. The food was very good and I wished I lived closer to enjoy this place. If your in the area make sure you stop and enjoy Porky's. The menu had something for everyone and the food we had for the three of us was all very fresh and delicious tasting.
Review Source:3 out of 5 starts is what I am going to give Porky's Bar (they say cafe pft this place is nothing more then a bar). Each star got knocked off for a reason. The first start go knocked off because of the price of this place. There honestly was nothing cheap on the menu so if you are on a budget and want to eat out and have a good meal this place is not the place for you. I went there on a night they were showing a UFC fight with my boyfriend and the cover was $8 a person and then the cheapest appetizer was 6 dollars and everything else ranged between 14-24 dollars, so for two people this was an expensive evening, I will also warn you they have nothing vegetarian or vegan. The second star got knocked off because of the staff. They were all friendly and everything but every time they were checking on us they checked on us in the middle of a fight, a fight we paid for. They could have easily waited 5 minutes and went table to table to check on everyone......but all in all we will be back for the fights merely because it is the closest place to our house, not because we enjoy the establishment.
Review Source:Good place to watch a game or a fight. They had tons of TVs, the food and beer was good. My only complaint was our server. She seemed very inexperienced. My girlfriend and I were watching fights and she was constantly interrupting. I appreciate her trying to take care of us but there is a break in the action every 5 minutes. Please wait until one of these breaks before stealing my attention away from what could be a pivotal moment in the fight.
