Porta Via Bistro & Bar

Disgusting... worst meal I have had in years. Didn't receive my entire order and what I did get was gross. Between the piss stained bathroom and lack of professional service I wish we would have walked out.
Our experience started with stale flakey bread which neither of us could eat more than one piece.
We ordered the trio sliders appetizer.  The BBQ slider was cold and tasted like it came from a box, the crab cake slider was extra greasy, and the burger (best thing I had) was a bit pink and had zero seasoning just a half of a slice of American cheese.
My spouse had the house salad with the ranch cilantro dressing that she said was "good"
I ordered linguine w/ bolognese sauce side of meatballs and side of sausage and peppers.  What I received was a lightly sauced bowl of linguine w/ a bunch of peppers and 5 slices of sausage.  I had the server bring me more sauce and the meatballs I ordered. She brought me a entree size bowl full of sauce and two discolored meatballs. That's right the meatball were a different color than the sauce. The sauce was marinara sauce with unseasoned ground beef in it, YUCK.  The meatball was the worst I have ever had, it tasted like foot, I have bought better meatballs frozen from Walmart.

The only reason we tried "Portia Via Bistro" is we had a coupon.  I am a 250lb man who loves Italian food and this is the first time I didn't finish my meal in a long time. According to their menu "Portia Via Bistro" means  "take out" in Italian well they should call a different restaurant to fill their orders.  GROSS save your money never eat there!

We got here and were sat down promptly which was great. The server I felt did as little as she could to be courteous, but was overall out of sight the whole time. My husband got a veal parmigiana and I got the chicken. The pasta wasn't that great, but the veal was good. Mine wasn't that great either. I really didnt like the pasta (not enough red sauce), and the chicken I can guarantee was of the frozen sort. The whole thing was poorly seasoned (if at all), and it was overall disappointing.

Also, is that real butter they serve you, or a knock off? just wondering.

Lastly, it was kinda trashy that they had "Campus PD" playing on one tv. Really? Was that for their young wait staff or for the 80 yos who frequent your joint?
