  This is a cool bar to go to if you are looking to get away for the usual downtown crowd. Its clientele is more of the older set but they still know how to party.
  
  AP's is frequented by bikers but its not just a biker bar more biker friendly I would say. Every weekend they have a band playing usual classic rock. I think they have a large patio outside when the weather's warm but when I went I didn't go out there.
  Its located in the industrial district part of town and seems to be frequented by the bikers.
  
  I stopped by here because I have always been curious about the bar. It just looks like an interesting place from the outside. Inside I was not disappointed, though it does look bigger from the outside. The bar's decor is quite different. Many pictures and posters of Elvis, James Dean, and Marilyn Monroe cover the walls. From the ceiling there is hanging dozens and dozens of wind chimes sorta keeping with the beach theme of the outside of the bar.
  
  The service was friendly, quick, and efficient. The drinks were a pretty good deal as well. Even though I don't really fit in with the crowd that frequents this place I would definitely want to check out AP's again.
  I really liked the fact of this place being off the beaten path.
